Just Works, in partnership with County Buck, has launched “Up the Underground” as a showcase site to highlight web design by Just Works and local services by County Buck on an informative, interactive, community-driven web site to “Up” the underground places, people, and events each one of us loves.

Utilizing web design and social media integration from Just Works’ new branded service, Kooraté, Up the Underground promises to be a great place to share your favorite stories, reviews, and announcements about the things you love about your community.  Up the Underground will also serve as a showcase for local services which are forthcoming from County Buck, in which people can lease ready-made web based services such as dating and auction sites for their local county.  County Buck and Up the Underground will work hand-in-hand to greatly enhance local people working together and interacting to build their communities as well as cross-polination opportunities for local businesses to mingle and interact with people both locally and around the world.

Over the weekend, Just Works is implementing  a new help desk system and moving to a new email server to boot!

This system is being used for both sales and support so we can better track help requests.  Our old system was huge and clunky.  This one is sleek and fast.  I hope you’ll enjoy it and I know it will make my job easier.  We’ll eventually get it more fully integrated into our main web system, but the important thing is that it is working.
