New Help System

Over the weekend, Just Works is implementing  a new help desk system and moving to a new email server to boot!

If you would like to test the system out, just send an email with the subject of “Testing 123” to help@justworksnh.com and I’ll reply when I get to it.

This system is being used for both sales and support so we can better track help requests.  Our old system was huge and clunky.  This one is sleek and fast.  I hope you’ll enjoy it and I know it will make my job easier.  We’ll eventually get it more fully integrated into our main web system, but the important thing is that it is working.
